Downtown Brooklyn Condos Feature Saltwater Lap Pool, Both Co-Working and Sky Lounges

At the intersection of Downtown Brooklyn and tree-lined brownstone Brooklyn, 11 Hoyt is a 57-story tower designed by Studio Gang, with interiors by Michaelis Boyd and landscape by Hollander Design.
The building’s distinctive facade is an ambitious example of sculpted cast concrete and glass, inspired by the bay windows of traditional Brooklyn brownstones.

Outdoor amenities include lawn areas for both active pursuits and relaxing, a dog park, children’s play area, a sun deck and hot tub, landscaped walking path, barbecue pods and spaces for dining.
Inside, in the third floor Park Club, there’s a co-working space, fitness center with a squash court, yoga studio, sauna and locker rooms and a 75-foot saltwater lap pool. In addition, the Park Club features a children’s playroom, game room, maker’s studio and a salon lounge for entertaining.
A second floor of indoor amenities is perched on 11 Hoyt’s 32nd floor, and is billed as the Sky Club. With a backdrop of stunning views of the city skyline and Downtown Brooklyn, this space includes a demonstration kitchen and fireside lounge, billiards table, catering kitchen, cinema, virtual gaming room, musical rehearsal studio, card room and study area.
11 Hoyt is being developed by Tishman Speyer. Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group is handling sales, which began in September. Buyers have been especially buzzing about the pool, the sky lounge, the co-working lounge and the fitness center.
There are 11 subway lines within a five-minute walk from the building. Junior’s and its famed cheesecake are nearby, as is the Atlantic Avenue corridor and all its bustle and dining (French Louie, Sottocasa). DeKalb Market Hall and its collection of shops and restaurants also sits moments away.
