Multi Construction completed a gut renovation of our home that had not been renovated since the 1960s. Shafayet and his crew did a truly amazing job, and I am so thankful for all their time, care, and commitment to making our house special and beautiful. This was a big job. We installed 2 new kitchens, 2 new bathrooms, rebuilt the back wall of our house to add large windows, added a deck, skylights, and a bunch of other things in between. At every step, Shafayet worked hard to make sure the house turned out perfectly. I have nothing but the best things to say about our new home and the care Multi put in to make it right. For this type of work, we received bids from a number of different people. Multi priced everything very competitively and they are very transparent on costs for change orders. I recommend them highly, and I will be sending friends to them for years to come!

Shafayet did a fantastic job on our apartment. His team replaced our floors and floorboards, demo'd a wall, painted our entire apartment, gutted our kitchen and and installed a new one. They did all of the electrical, plumbing, tile work - everything. All of the people he works with were lovely - which is important because they are in your house everyday. And they finished the project on (a tight!) schedule and on budget. Eventually, we want to renovate our bathroom and we will definitely call Shafayet to do the work. This was our first big renovation project and I felt we were in great hands.

I hired Multi Construction to build my work office of 4000 sq ft. From an empty box, Shafayet and his team built 3 offices, an entrance area made from antique glass, gutted and remodeled 2 bathrooms, sound proofed all the offices with plywood, rewired electrical for the entire space, and repainted in 5 short weeks as promised. I was impressed with Shafayet's honesty, hard work, and responsiveness to inquiries and work order changes. He was on site on most days, and made sure his crew was on schedule; even working most Saturdays to ensure my space was ready in time for my move-in date. Because of the short timing between my leases, I had to start construction without an official contract, which could have been a big mistake. I count myself lucky to have found Shafayet and his team. Their pricing was very reasonable, and I would definitely use them again.
