A born and raised Brooklynite, he started his real estate career in 2007 at the age of 21. Serving Southern Brooklyn neighborhoods like Marine Park, Mill Basin and Bergen Beach, Sheepshead Bay, Gerritsen Beach and Flatbush. Many consider 2007-2011 the worst real estate market in history. Lou prides himself on the fact that he was a top producing agent in that environment and believes part of his success today is because he made it through such a tumultuous time in the beginning of his career. He was promoted to co-manager of our Fort Greene office in 2009 and the office has seen nothing but success since. Earning honors as the Most Improved office in 2010, and the Top Team award 2012-2014. Today, Lou is an industry leader and is in the Top 5 agents company-wide and in the top 2% of agents in Brooklyn in terms of volume of sales and transactions. Being a leader seems to come natural to Lou, a strong opinion along with the ability to listen before he speaks has been the perfect combination of working with people throughout his career. A graduate of St. Francis College in Brooklyn Heights earning a Bachelors degree in Communications and Public Relations he is able to correlate the knowledge he gained in College and is able to apply it his everyday business operations. Lou is as real a person as you;ll ever meet. He tells it like it and from the moment you meet him you'll realize he has your best interests at heart. Experience is everything, with almost 10 years of professional experience and with about 7 years of managerial experience there are not any issues Lou cannot overcome.
