Let me tell you what I like about them. They don’t nickle and dime you. They give you one price and it includes everything – no surprises down the line. They saved our building thousands and helped us get great insurance coverage. They are reliable, they communicate, and they even invest money back into my neighborhood.

I wanted to tell you how appreciative we are to have Brooklyn Home Management as our management company. They are extremely responsive and so helpful! We finally found the perfect service. In short, we LOVE Brooklyn Home Management. They have been fabulous. Our building is 34 units. We struggled with finding a company for a long time. It seemed like the big, reputable ones were not interested in such a small building; they would happily take our money, but didn’t give us much attention. The smaller companies or single-guy operations didn’t prove to be reliable or meet our quality standards. BHM has more than met all of our expectations.

Brooklyn Home Management has done a superb job managing our building. Everything was in a state of total chaos before they showed up. They helped us put our finances in order. They have an extensive and deep knowledge of standard operating and budget practices for a building. When we need something fixed they give us several quotes and tell us which vendor they think is most competent……They are absolutely reliable–do everything they say they are going to do and more. I’m amazed by how much work they are doing, and how efficiently they are doing it. The founders, John and Brendan, are also genuinely nice, thoughtful guys–easy to talk to, very responsive and friendly. They have even served as a very effective mediator in disputes between different owners. Hire them and you won’t be sorry!

I would like to provide a recommendation for Brooklyn Home Management. They have been working with our condo association for several years and we are thrilled with their services. Their property management services have relieved much condo stress for all units! They help with EVERYTHING form accounting/finance, fixing things, finding resources to fix bigger jobs and pricing them out, researching projects for us, handling disputes between neighbors and more. Plus they are just really nice guys. We interviewed a number of companies and people, and they were definitely the best.
