The majority of our most viewed listings this week were priced at over $1 million. There was one listing just shy of the million-dollar mark –– a fixer-upper in Bed Stuy asking $999,900.

Most of the listings are single family homes, including two freestanding ones, but there are also a few co-ops in the mix. Almost all the properties have impressive original historic detail, although a handful could use some work.

The highest priced house is in Prospect Park South. It’s asking $2.49 million.

Which would you choose?

10. In Sunset Park on 51st Street, there’s a semi-detached three-story brownstone, which the listing describes as “a masterpiece.” Twenty feet wide, the house has an upper duplex, with three bedrooms and three full baths, and a garden rental, which is duplexed with a finished basement. The owner’s duplex has an open plan first floor, with recessed lighting, exposed brick accents, mod light fixtures, a kitchen with an island and copious white cabinetry, and a paneled-glass rear wall leading out to a steel-railed deck. This one has also made a previous appearance in open house picks; it’s since seen a $100K price cut.

9. This Park Slope classic six co-op has high ceilings, great light, generous spaces and an elegant prewar feel. It’s on the second floor at 305 8th Avenue, at the corner of 3rd Street, a block from Prospect Park. The living room and dining room are large and grand, with original moldings, parquet floors and big windows overlooking 8th Avenue. There’s a good sized foyer and a trio of hall closets up front.

8. Big and beauteous are two words that could fairly be applied to this prime Prospect Park South specimen, at 916 Albemarle Road. Especially big — the freestanding house has seven bedrooms, most of them huge, and 3,886 feet of interior space on a 50-by-120-foot lot.

6. Here’s a gut renovated 1870s Bed Stuy brownstone that’s not a flip — or doesn’t appear to be at least. If it is, the house — at 231 MacDonough Street, in the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District — is a good bit more attractive and thoughtfully done than average.

5. Here’s a rare opportunity for someone not afraid to roll up their sleeves. On Marlborough Road in Prospect Park South, it’s a striking 10-bedroom stand-alone house with a wraparound porch that offers some 6,000 square feet of faded glory, in need of restoration and updating.

4. There’s a 20-foot-wide brownstone with an angled front on Lewis Avenue in Bed Stuy that’s currently a dusty wreck. A buyer with vision and resolve could do something nice with it, though, and there are some fireplaces and original woodwork that could be saved. It’s got three stories plus a cellar, and a bare lot of a backyard.

3. On Putnam Avenue in Bushwick, we’ve got a three-story flip that’s been completely overhauled, from its brick facade to its wood-fenced rear garden. A bit of care seems to have gone into this one, which has some details like recessed ceilings and inlaid floors. It’s set up as a two-family, with a two-bedroom rental on the garden level (duplexed with a finished cellar) and a three-bedroom owner’s duplex above.

2. Next up is a Prospect Heights brownstone that’s not quite move-in ready. We can’t tell you what it looks like inside, as the listing offers no interior photos, but it makes it clear that an architect will come in handy for whoever buys it. It’s set up as a one-family with four bedrooms; the listing references details including brick fireplaces, tin ceilings, original woodwork and pocket doors.
