10. An aluminum-sided four-story on Pulaski Street in Bed Stuy comes billed as “the perfect blank canvas,” with “great bones.” It’s set up with an apartment on each floor, though it’s a legal two-family. The interior is on the drab side but looks to be in okay shape, and there’s a smattering of original detail including parquet floors and door and window casings.

It’s located in a prime spot in the neighborhood only a block and a half from the recently opened Domino Park. While slightly subterranean and apparently last renovated when Eisenhower was president, the home nonetheless gives off a ton of old-school character with its built-ins, fireplace and 1950s kitchen.

In other words, it’s got space and light. It’s located on the third floor of a four-story, four-unit Italianate brownstone at 275 Washington Avenue.
