Add 208 Grand Street to the list of for-sale inventory in Williamsburg. StreetEasy shows six one-bedroom units that hit the market last week (though DOB filings show that seven residential units were filed for) and signage in the ground-floor window indicates a commercial space for rent. We suspect these will be a tough sell though: The Radusky-designed building is hardly a winner from the outside (and no interior pics are posted yet) and the 600-sqaure-foot apartments are priced north of $400,000. Tough to see how they get any deals done at that level. GMAP

  1. The owner/developer of this property is one of the people who cried loudest when Grand Street was rezoned. I wonder if he is happy or sad that he doesn’t have more of these to unload.
