After a slow beginning, The Developers Group eventually took over sales at Rockwell Place and, after some price cuts, finally started to get some traction. By early December of last year the 12-story development was 40 percent sold and by last week the no-longer-that-new development crossed the symbolic 50-percent mark. StreetEasy is also showing that some units got a slight price bump at the beginning of January. Nice to see.

Not to mention two years or so of construction noise with 29 Flatbush going up now.
Having looked at 96 Rockwell, I can say that I have reservations (new construction, Flatbush Ave. traffic, etc.), but I thought it was a decent alternative to some of the larger downtown BK condos at the similar price point.

Shitshow. Potential buyers should ask very careful questions about the many construction delays, the probability of blocked views in all directions, and be sure to open the window and listen to the traffic noise.
