  2. Well okay, you’re not a realtor, 10:27, but you are as you admit someone involved with promoting the neighborhood. So I was not way off. So I still won’t eat my shoe. Not yet. Sorry. That said, good for you for promoting your neighborhood and being proud of it.

  3. I generally don’t sign my name, for that very reason, 9:58. But you better like the taste of shoe leather. Although I am involved in the campaign to landmark Victorian Flatbush, I really am not a realtor or a developer. Run a check if you don’t believe me! I just honestly think that Brooklyn College is a good bet for young families. And judging how prices have soard in other parts of the neighborhood over the years, bargains won’t last too much longer.
