Those floor-to-ceiling windows brighten up the living room and kitchen, and the built-in shelves above the counters and a small pantry help alleviate storage issues in the tiny kitchen. The bedrooms aren’t particularly large, but the bathrooms have Kohler marble sinks and spa showers. The building accepts pets and has a 3,500-square-foot common garden.
