It’s across the street from the 2/5 trains, close to lots of shops on Flatbush Avenue and two blocks from Brooklyn College. Do you think $2,700 a month seems decent?

It looks like a nice apartment, but it’s an awful location. And the ad says it’s 15 minutes to Manhattan????? Maybe be beaming, certainly not by either the 2 or 5!
