208 Grand Street launched its six one-bedroom units last month. We thought the prices, all north of $400,000, were a little high, considering the units only come in at around 600 square feet. But lo and behold, the building got an across-the-board price boost. According to StreetEasy, this 577-square-foot unit went from $420,000 to $575,000….

But lo and behold, the building got an across-the-board price boost. According to StreetEasy, this 577-square-foot unit went from $420,000 to $575,000. Another unit was pushed from $415,000 to $475,000. We know things are selling in the ‘Burg right now but is this overly optimistic?

The location is great. The units are not. I checked these condos out a few weeks back. Units are tiny and poorly laid out.
I think they should have priced all of them at a cool million each. It’s Williamsburg!
They love their building so much, they just don’t want to let it go. Cute!
Do they really think they’re going to get Northside Piers prices in that location?
