  1. Considering the Doughty Street carriage house is all of about 1200 sf, the price is still ridiculously high. Nice view of the lower Manhattan skyline from the deck, but other than that, it is a claustrophobic and unremarkable property.

  2. I think Doughty Street has an identity problem. Minor quibble that it’s listed as Dumbo – OK, I get it, very few people recognize Fulton Ferry Landing as a micro-neighborhood separate from either Dumbo or Brooklyn Heights (even if it is its own historic district). More amusing is the new relisting with Halstead showing it located on the quaint but fictional road called “Doughty Street Mews.”
