This week, Brownstoner readers favored a wide variety of listings all over the borough, including townhouses, standalone homes, and apartments listed for less than $473,000. One house that got a lot of looks is a new-construction townhouse in Wallabout with some unusual bells and whistles, including a bidet and a snow melting system.

Prices start at $425,000 for a studio in Brooklyn Heights and top out at $4,250,000 for the aforementioned Wallabout house. Oh, and did we mention? It has parking.

Which would you choose?

10. This Windsor Terrace condo has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, an open floor plan, and windows in every room. But the biggest selling point may be the outdoor space, which nearly matches the whole apartment in square footage, with a private roof deck and two terraces.

5. This house sits next to a recent House of the Day — a temple-fronted Greek Revival — and the pair must offer a greater study in contrasts than any two side-by-side houses in Brooklyn. The Greek Revival dates back to 1835 and sports a quartet of Corinthian columns — this one is sleek, modern and brand new.

2. Moving over to Windsor Terrace, we’ve got a semi-detached corner brick house dating back to 1915, that’s showing for the first time. This one’s not a flip, but looks to be in perfect move-in condition. A one-family with three bedrooms, it’s got light from three exposures, nice parquet floors throughout, a front yard with a porch and a nice bay-windowed living room. There’s also an English basement with a heated garage, storage space, a rec room, a half-bath and a laundry room.
