Little Building Near Barclays Goes for Big Bucks

A two-story commercial building close to Atlantic Center and Barclays in Boerum Hill sold for $1,800,000 in an all-cash deal, according to Massey Knakal, which handled the sale. That works out to $800 per square foot; the building at 22-26 4th Avenue between Atlantic Avenue and Pacific Street is about 2,260 square feet on a 30-foot-by-38-foot lot. Two of the four commercial units are vacant, and the building “is well positioned to benefit from increasing retail rents in the neighborhood,” said Massey Knakal Director of Sales Stephen Palmese.
