This Windsor Terrace listing looks intriguing. Although the house itself isn’t particularly large, it sits on a double-wide lot that would present a buyer with numerous possibilities for expansion. The location–only a block from Prospect Par–is also a positive. In the end, we suspect this will be bought by a developer. And while the nabe was “down-zoned” some time ago, we’re don’t believe it is landmarked so we’re hoping whoever picks this place up does a nice job with it.
