In addition to the great location, this brownstone apartment has tons of old-world charm, living and dining areas and its own private terrace. From the sliver we can see in one photo, it looks like the kitchen might only be of mediocre finish, but it’s hard to tell. Overall, lovely place though.

Nomi, yes, in my opinion it will sell for over a half a million due to the location and the terrace, also it looks like a nice cheerful apartment.
“It’s Brooklyn Heights Nomi. Believe it or not, some people really like it there.” (Minard)
I love Brooklyn Heights. I always have.
I was just asking if you thought that this apt. was going to actually sell for over a half a million dollars. It seems overpriced to me.
condescension and bitterness masked with a calm and cool demeanor is why i <3 minard lafever

dh, I think you are reading WAAY to much into my simple declarative sentences, but thanks anyway.

I love this sentence. It’s calm and cool yet remarkably condescending and bitchy all at the same time. Bravo!

Minard, you think this place is going to sell at over half a million?
I’m with Ringo — cute, nice details, terrace is lovely, kichen/dining situation needs work: Only thing wrong is the asking price.
And it’s $548K, not $525. Plus $826 maintenance which is high for a one bedroom Brooklyn Heights or not.
why are posters calling this a studio? I see a photo of a bedroom with a door opening to another room. They should have a floor-plan to clear up the confusion. This looks like a nice little one-bedroom apt to me.
That’s a lot bigger than 450 sq. feet.
