I almost closed on another apartment in this building but backed out when I heard there are two ongoing assessments that push the maintenance up almost $100 per month.
Also, this building appears on the (admittedly unverifiable)Bedbug Registry, although the issue is being addressed:

What happened with the Berkeley Carroll construction plans? Is this apartment on that side? If not, it would overlook the car park and thus probably get quite good light for a first floor.
I looked at another apartment in this building a couple of years ago. Nice building. Good views from the high floors.
Gee, I live directly across the street. Doorman isn’t full-time. I believe this same unit was for sale about three years ago for less, so I guess that’s good.
everyone is too lazy to go to streeteasy?

not even worth having a discussion without maintenance.
Listing would have given maintenance if it wasn’t high. However, assuming it was below $1/sq. ft., I’d say this place is worth north of 300K
Cute place, but is that only place you can put your bed? That radiator is bad news for a “wild” sleeper.
So what’s the maintenance? Any discussion of a pure purchase price for a coop without the maintainence is irrelevant. Why are you posting this without maintenance?
There is a lot of discussion of coops which are completely meaningless. You have to know what is going on with the building, the mortgage on the building, taxes, etc.
Very solid building — I’ve had two friends who’ve lived here, one did a super-cute reno of her apt. Great location too but would there be issues from nearby Berkeley-Carroll school? I also wonder what the monthly mtn is.
