So guests need to wash their hands in your bedroom after using the toilet? How much to reconfigure to a single bedroom with a reasonably sized bathroom? So strange considering the living room, entry, and kitchen are decently sized.
Ah, at closer look at the pic and floorplan, each bedroom has its own sink, with a shared bathroom (toilet/shower). this is really odd and even more of a killer. Would factor in all the costs to reconfigure to something non-hostel.
Oh, and while I don’t know specifics, I’ve always heard the board at this building is a “nightmare”.
Who is this apartment well-suited for? Not a couple, and not even a bachelor. Can’t fathom sleeping on a twin mattress for $600k.
