This summer Corcoran relaunched 272 19th Street after failed attempts by Brown Harris Stevens, Warren Lewis and Garfield Realty. So how’s it doing? Streeteasy shows there were price cuts in early September; a two bedroom went from $619,000 to $599,000 and a one bedroom from $339,000 to $329,000. All six units are still up for sale. Maybe this one’s destined for the rental market…

  1. Hilarious!

The developer bought this piece of land for less than $500K at the height of the market in December 2006. He probably put $200 a square foot into this pile of crap.

And now he wants to sell the units for a 100% profit!

    Madness.

  2. Total Snoozefest – I recall the pics on the websites of the other agents you mentioned to be minimum at best – maybe a pic of the back of the building and a pic of the living room
    Way to entice buyers folks

Sorry- TOO expensive – look at the comps in the hood – maybe trim that 2 BR down to $550K
