The developer bought this piece of land for less than $500K at the height of the market in December 2006. He probably put $200 a square foot into this pile of crap.
And now he wants to sell the units for a 100% profit!
Madness.
Total Snoozefest – I recall the pics on the websites of the other agents you mentioned to be minimum at best – maybe a pic of the back of the building and a pic of the living room
