This week’s most popular listings ranged from a three-story flip to a ten-bedroom house that could really shine in the right hands. One of the most viewed listings was Chloe Sevigny’s Park Slope apartment, which went into contract since being featured. A few neighborhoods had multiple entries in the top 10, including Park Slope, Ditmas Park, and Bed Stuy.  The listing that got the most looks was also the bargain of the bunch — a move-in ready, three-bedroom co-op with prewar details in Borough Park close to Sunset Park.

Prices fell across a wide swath – the cheapest listing came it at $560,000 (and was our top viewed listing of the week), and the most expensive listing was $2.75 million.

Which would you choose?

10. On Putnam Avenue in Bushwick, we’ve got a three-story flip that’s been completely overhauled, from its brick facade to its wood-fenced rear garden. A bit of care seems to have gone into this one, which has some details like recessed ceilings and inlaid floors. It’s set up as a two-family, with a two-bedroom rental on the garden level (duplexed with a finished cellar) and a three-bedroom owner’s duplex above.

9. A standalone Victorian or Edwardian on Rugby Road in West Midwood, close to Brooklyn College and two subway stops from the shops on Cortelyou, this home has space and original detail to spare. The latter includes a wraparound porch, mantels, inlaid floors, stained glass windows, and a built-in dish cupboard. You’ll also find five bedrooms, two full and two half baths, a study, a dining room, a breakfast nook, and a large landscaped yard.

8. Here’s a rare opportunity for someone not afraid to roll up their sleeves. On Marlborough Road in Prospect Park South, it’s a striking 10-bedroom stand-alone house with a wraparound porch that offers some 6,000 square feet of faded glory, in need of restoration and updating.

7. This Williamsburg condo has nice finishes, a double-height living room with arched 12-foot windows, and a pair of outdoor spaces — a balcony and a rooftop terrace. It’s one of eight units in a new development at 150 Richardson Street, where the first units went up for sale early last year.

5. Here’s a gut renovated 1870s Bed Stuy brownstone that’s not a flip — or doesn’t appear to be at least. If it is, the house — at 231 MacDonough Street, in the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District — is a good bit more attractive and thoughtfully done than average.

4. Big and beauteous are two words that could fairly be applied to this prime Prospect Park South specimen, at 916 Albemarle Road. Especially big — the freestanding house has seven bedrooms, most of them huge, and 3,886 feet of interior space on a 50-by-120-foot lot.

3. Next up there’s a 20-foot-wide brownstone with an angled front on Lewis Avenue in Bed Stuy that’s currently a dusty wreck. A buyer with vision and resolve could do something nice with it, though, and there are some fireplaces and original woodwork that could be saved. It’s got three stories plus a cellar, and a bare lot of a backyard.
