The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a duplex condo in Park Slope, a rambling co-op in Prospect Heights and a modest row house in Windsor Terrace.

Listings in Windsor Terrace were popular this week, with the rest scattered across the borough. The least expensive is a brick townhouse in Windsor Terrace for $1.375 million and the priciest is a Brooklyn Heights Greek Revival at $8.5 million.

Which would you choose?

10. Here’s a 22-foot-wide Italianate brick townhouse in the Fort Greene Historic District. It’s been on the market a few times since it last sold back in 2012 for $3.1 million. The green cornices on the home’s facade are quite fetching and there are at least two carved marble mantles, wood paneling, crown moldings and intricate floor mosaics inside that have been wonderfully restored.

9. In Windsor Terrace is a vinyl-sided row house on Vanderbilt Street. It’s a two-story one-family, with a straightforward layout: three bedrooms plus an office above, living room/dining room/kitchen below. There’s a full bathroom on the bedroom floor plus a toilet in the basement, though the listing notes that a closet on the lower floor could be turned into a half bath.

8. Here’s an elegant Greek Revival with classic features and a stunning glassy rear extension. Built in the 1840s, the house is located at 15 Garden Place in the Brooklyn Heights Historic District. The 25-foot-wide brick home has triangular pediments and other brownstone details on the facade. Inside, classic Greek Revival details include two black marble fireplaces in the double parlors.

7. Here’s a duplex condo that occupies the upper floors of a Park Slope brownstone, with some nice details, four bedrooms and a terrace. It’s one of two duplex units at 781 Carroll Street, which could make financing tricky, on a prime Center Slope block not far from Prospect Park. The place needs some polishing, including painting and floor refinishing, and could use some upgrading as well.

6. Designed by Shampan & Shampan in 1926, this rambling Park Avenue-style co-op might not be a bad spot for a game of hide-and-go-seek, considering its plentiful nooks and crannies, including seven closets. Located at 41 Eastern Parkway in Prospect Heights, in a building referred to in early ads as “The Aristocrat of Apartment Dwellings.”

5. Near the Crown Heights border in Clinton Hill, this bay-fronted Neo-Grec at 112 Lefferts Place has undergone what seems to be a full gut since we profiled the home as a House of the Day back in 2008, when it was in need of work and asking $985,000. The narrow brownstone was designed in 1876 by George L. Morse and is within the Clinton Hill South National Register Historic District.

4. This standalone Prospect Park South single-family dates to 1903. The wood frame home’s interior appears to be in wonderful shape, and the front porch and facade look tidy too. The back garden is not pictured — although it does feature a two-car garage, with room for another four cars in the driveway, according to the listing.

3. Here’s a Beaux-Arts brick barrel-fronted three-story in Windsor Terrace with parquet floors, bay windows, moldings, pocket doors and exposed brick. Configured as a two-family, it consists of two floor-through apartments over an “unfinished basement” that includes a full bath. Decorative columns divide the parlors, and both kitchens are in need of a serious cosmetic update.

2. This 20-foot wide Park Slope brownstone with a brick facade was designed by architect John E. Dwyer in 1891. The Romanesque Revival townhouse is currently configured as a triplex over a garden rental, and a handsome renovation of the home restored its remaining original details, including double doors, shutters, crown molding, stained glass transoms and skylights.

1. In Windsor Terrace, we have an early 20th century single-family brick townhouse that needs some updating. But the price reflects the fact. Despite the necessary aesthetic changes, the original details in this three-story appear to be in solid condition, including inlaid parquet wood floors, wainscoting and two skylights. There’s also a finished basement with a full bath.
