The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a Park Slope brownstone with a Zen vibe in the master suite, a brownstone in Bed Stuy with a minimalist reno and a Columbia Waterfront District loft with skyline views.

There are multiple popular listings in Park Slope, with Bed Stuy also in the mix. All of the listings passed the $1 million mark this week. The least expensive of the group is a condo in the Columbia Waterfront District at $1.315 million and the most expensive a Park Slope brownstone at $4.6 million.

Actually, there’s not a whole lot more we can say based on photo evidence, but the listing tells us the 1878 house has been renovated within the last seven years, with new windows, a heating/cooling system, new mechanicals, upgraded electric and plumbing, a repointed facade and Viking appliances.

Daus, according to the listing, it sits at 426 4th Street, where it cuts a fine figure from the street, with a generous stoop and an angled facade that’s complemented by the curved front of the house next door.

It might look a little unexciting with its baseboard heaters and somewhat featureless interior, but it appears newly renovated and will make a nice family home. For starters there’s a fourth-floor addition with a front turret, making for an offbeat exterior (and an interesting interior space with a circular skylight.)
