Our picks this weekend are clustered around the South Slope/Windsor Terrace area, where we find a brownstone and a pair of brick row houses, in varying conditions. You could hit all three on a walking tour without breaking a sweat. The one outlier is in Bed Stuy — you could include it on the walking tour, but it’d be no short stroll. They all hover around the $2 million mark, give or take a few hundred thousand.

The Bed Stuy house is a four-story brownstone on Putnam Avenue, with a bay front and a mansard roof. Not much detail to speak of beyond the exterior, but it’s recently renovated and in good shape. It’s got a three-bedroom owner’s duplex and a pair of three-bedroom floor-throughs above, around 3,600 square feet in total.

On 17th Street in Windsor Terrace we’ve got a legacy property — 45 years in the same family. It’s a semi-detached brick house that’s 20 feet wide and 69 feet deep, configured as a three-family. This one needs some updating and “TLC,” per the listing. Nice parquet floors though. Currently there’s a lower duplex with three bedrooms and a pair of apartments on the second floor.

Next up, a three-story brownstone that sits on 11th Street in Park Slope, off 5th Avenue. Photos are scant for this one, and some work may be in order, but it’s got some original detail, including wainscoting, pocket doors and shutters, a marble mantel, inlaid floors and plaster moldings. At the moment, it’s set up as a three-bedroom lower duplex with an apartment on top.

The last one is not far off, on 6th Avenue between 14th and 15th streets. It’s a renovated three-story brick row house with a white-painted front, configured with an upper duplex and a garden-level apartment. There’s exposed brick, at least one marble mantel and a nicely designed backyard with raised brick flower beds and clay tiles.
