The top 10 listings on Brownstoner this week included a Colonial Revival in PLG, a high-end flip in Park Slope, and an Arts and Crafts house in Marine Park.

There were multiple listings this week in Park Slope and Marine Park. The cheapest of the bunch was the aforementioned Arts and Crafts house in Marine Park asking $699,000, and the priciest was a brownstone in Cobble Hill asking $6.495 million.

Which would you choose?

10. Here’s a three-family standalone in Sheepshead Bay that needs work, but ought to polish up nicely. It’s a turreted Queen Anne with a fetching exterior at 2117 Voorhies Avenue, within short strolling distance of the neighborhood’s eponymous body of water. There’s no floorplan, so it’s anyone’s guess how the house is laid out. One unit per floor, perhaps, but there are other possibilities.

There’s a some choice restored original detail, including crown moldings, an entry mirror and several marble mantels. There’s a beaut of a kitchen with custom walnut cabinetry, a panel-doored SubZero fridge, a Wolf range and a giant picture window overlooking the garden.

8. This Sea Gate townhouse on Ocean Avenue is large, which is a good thing since there is a lot going on here. According to the listing the home is a legal two family but there are three units – a two-bedroom unit on the lower level and three-bedroom units on the first and top floors. In total there are eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. The top floor unit looks to have been renovated recently and has a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are dark wood floors and an open floor plan.

7. This home is a detached, five bedroom brick house on 72nd Street in Bay Ridge. There’s a huge living area with a two-story vaulted ceiling, a fireplace and a few Art Deco-inspired elements — like the curved staircase that juts out into the space. There are four levels, but without a floor plan it is hard to tell exactly what is on each level. There’s a large kitchen with white cabinetry and black granite floors and countertops.

6. This early 20th century detached bungalow on Coleman Street in Marine Park is narrow and long. The three bedroom, two bathroom house is just 14 feet wide and has a shallow front porch and a bay window. According to the listing there’s been a fairly recent renovation on the interior and exterior, although we didn’t find any filings for the specifics. On the inside, there are bamboo floors and a vaulted ceiling in the living room.

2. This four-family building is really set up for an investor. The property appears to have been recently gutted and redone with new floors, kitchens and baths in each unit. The home was purchased from the city’s Department of Housing Preservation and Development by an LLC in 2009. The building is divided into three, two bedroom, one bath units that all have access to the roof deck, and a one bedroom, ground floor unit, with access to the garden.

1. In Park Slope is a high-end flip on 6th Avenue. The house is set up as a five bedroom, 3.5 bath owners triplex over a one bedroom, 1.5 bath garden apartment. Its unclear how much historical detail there was to work with in the house when it was purchased by an LLC in 2016, but the interior lacks historic detail. The wide plank floors appear to be new. The walls are clean and white. Even the fireplace is modern.
