The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a Bed Stuy townhouse filled with period woodwork, a spacious Park Slope co-op and a Bed Stuy flip.

All of the listings are in Bed Stuy and Park Slope this week with one exception, a listing out in East Flatbush. That house in East Flatbush is also the least expensive of the group at $700,000. The most expensive is a Park Slope townhouse at $3.995 million.

Which would you choose?

10. In Bed Stuy is a brownstone that’s newly and nicely gut renovated, with some original details and a classic feel. It’s on the neighborhood’s northern end, on Willoughby Avenue, between Tompkins and Throop. There’s no floor plan, but the listing tells us we’re looking at a two-family with an upper three-bedroom, two-bath duplex and a two-bedroom rental on the garden level.

4. This Park Slope townhouse is currently set up as a four-family. The apartments will not be delivered vacant –- a free market lease that expires in January 2019 is on the top floor, a month-to-month is on the third, the second floor is vacant and a rent-controlled tenant is currently on the first floor –- and at least some work is required: the floors could use refinishing and a paint job is definitely in order.

Here’s a grand four-story Neo Grec Bed Stuy brownstone currently set up as a two-family that, much like the previous listing, is full of details: original parquet wood floors, mahogany double entrance doors, stained-glass, waist-high wainscoting, and six mantels — four marble and two wood. And that’s only to name a few.

2. Here’s a renovated two-family flip that, once again, is in Bed Stuy. There’s an owner’s duplex over a garden rental here, and although the listing says some period details remain, the dominant feature here is the home’s clean modern efficiency. Located on Monroe Street, it’s a quick walk from the Franklin Avenue shuttle and C train and a number of trendy cafes.
