The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a Flatbush condo, a row house in Gowanus and an Italianate villa in Newburgh, N.Y.

Popular listings were scattered across the borough this week from Bay Ridge to Cobble Hill, and a few are from outside Brooklyn. The least expensive on the list is a Cobble Hill condo at $450,000 and the most expensive is the Gowanus row house at $2.35 million.
