This week, homes Brownstoner readers gravitated towards included a Queen Anne next to Prospect Park, a brownstone in Park Slope and a renovated house with modern updates in Williamsburg.

There were multiple listings this week in Williamsburg and Park Slope. The cheapest home in the Top 10 was a brick row house in East Flatbush at $749,000 and the most expensive was a renovated brownstone in the Park Slope Historic District for $4.995 million

10. This three-bedroom Williamsburg condo offers loft-like proportions, high-end appointments and several outdoor spaces in a prime North Williamsburg location. It’s in the Mill, a converted early 20th century printing warehouse with 63 units, at 85 North 3rd Street between Berry and Wythe.

9. This four-story 1889 Queen Anne row house with an angled front needs some work, maybe quite a bit, but it’s got some original details including moldings and a quartet of fireplace mantels, and could be turned into something nice. It sits at 17 Agate Court, a cul-de-sac off Atlantic Avenue lined with Queen Anne homes built at the same time; its houses and those on adjacent Alice Court are landmarked.

8. This Italianate brownstone has all the original details one could want, along with beautifully renovated kitchens and baths. Located at 319 President Street, it also has one of the coveted deep front gardens for which Carroll Gardens is known. This four-story house was built in 1870 and sits within the Carroll Gardens Historic District. The exterior is extraordinarily well preserved.

7. Next up is a two-family brick row house on East 49th Street in East Flatbush. It’s small — 16 by 32 feet — with a front porch and front driveway. It’s newly gut renovated and has a nice prewar feel even though it was built in 1941. There’s an owner’s duplex with an open-plan living room/kitchen, three bedrooms, and a single bath, over a two-bedroom rental with a separate entrance.

6. Here’s a single-family Queen Anne residence next to Prospect Park that offers grand proportions, original details and an interesting pedigree. At 864 Carroll Street in the Park Slope Historic District, the house dates back to 1887, when it was designed by architect William Tubby, as part of a row of five houses whose facades were designed to look like a single Elizabethan mansion.

5. Here’s a grand 1907 Colonial in move-in condition that offers all you want in a Prospect Park South manse, including acres of space, original details, tasteful updates, a sweet wraparound porch and a century-old cherry tree. It’s at 85 Argyle Road, between Church and Albemarle, in the Prospect Park South Historic District.

4. Next up is a house that’s gotten an overhaul and combines original details with modern updates, on Berry Street in Williamsburg. It’s got fewer details and a more modern feel, with a lot of exposed and painted brick and some colorful, playful elements; note in particular the Scandinavian-influenced, minimalist kitchen, with its yellow sink, orange faucet and backsplash of oversized purple tiles. A one-family with three bedrooms, it’s got two open plan floors.

3. Next is a showpiece of a brownstone on a park block in the Park Slope Historic District, on 6th Street. This one, a circa 1895 Romanesque Revival, got a deluxe renovation in 2010, and it combines restored original details with high-end updates. In the detail division there’s stained glass, lovely original woodwork, six fireplaces (one working), and the original wainscoted staircase; in the update division there’s a tricked-out kitchen, a huge skylight and new baths.

2. On Greene Avenue in the Clinton Hill Historic District is a corner brownstone with a number of points of distinction. It’s got two addresses, for starters, with a separate entrance on Vanderbilt Avenue, leading to the lower duplex via the brick-walled back yard. Then there’s that awesome iron archway in the front. There’s the pedigree — it was built circa 1878 and was the home of Brooklyn’s first Roman Catholic bishop, Bishop Louglin.
