The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a condo in a historic Park Slope mansion, a freshly renovated brownstone in Cobble Hill and a Clinton Hill corner brownstone with an interesting pedigree.

There are multiple popular listings in Bed Stuy, with the rest scattered across the borough. Despite the multiple neighborhoods, they all have one thing in common — each of them is listed at over $1 million. The least expensive is a Windsor Terrace row house at $1.995 million and the most expensive is a condo in Park Slope’s historic Tracy Mansion at $4.2 million.

Which would you choose?

10. First up, a four-story Clinton Hill townhouse that’s been given a luxe makeover that was the subject of an Insider writeup last year. An 1891 Romanesque/neo-Renaissance number with a distinctive limestone and brick facade, it’s at 116 Willoughby Avenue in the Clinton Hill Historic District.

9. Here’s a Bed Stuy brownstone that needs renovating and restoration, but offers some period detail that ought to polish up nicely. It’s at 168 Bainbridge Street, in the Stuyvesant Heights Historic District, where it was built circa 1889 by architect John L. Young and builder Walter R. Heineman.

8. This stunning three-bedroom condo sits in one of the Slope’s most distinctive properties — the Tracy Mansion, a neo-Classical marble palazzo built in 1912 for a tugboat mogul at 105 8th Avenue. Designed by Frank J. Helme, who was behind many a distinguished Brooklyn structure, including the Hotel Bossert and the Prospect Park Boathouse, it’s got quite the grand facade.

7. On Greene Avenue in the Clinton Hill Historic District is a corner brownstone with a number of points of distinction. It’s got two addresses, for starters, with a separate entrance on Vanderbilt Avenue, leading to the lower duplex via the brick-walled backyard. It has an interesting pedigree — it was built circa 1878 and was the home of Brooklyn’s first Roman Catholic bishop, Bishop Louglin.

6. This townhouse on Clinton Street in Carroll Gardens has been given a luxe makeover. It’s quite a narrow one — a mere 13 feet wide — but with four floors and a single-family configuration, it offers decent space. It features a full-floor master suite with dual walk-in closets and a marble-tiled bath with a glass-walled shower and a freestanding tub.

5. In Windsor Terrace is a two-story, barrel-fronted brick row house that’s attractive and in good repair, with six rooms on the top floor that offer a fair amount of flexibility. And it’s well located at 55 Sherman Street, within respectable reach of Prospect Park. It’s a two-family set up as a single residence, with an open parlor floor that has the living room in front, dining room and kitchen in the rear and a pair of pass-through spaces in between.

4. On MacDonough Street in Bed Stuy, we find a four-story laid out with an apartment on each floor. This one presumably comes without tenants and can be refigured — in fact, it’s going to have to be, as it’s a legal two-family. Layout tweaking aside, there’s work to be done here, though the exact scope is not clear. Not much is pictured and the listing is short on details.

3. In Crown Heights, on Pacific Street, is a four-story brownstone set up with four units, each with two bedrooms and a galley kitchen. One meaningful detail: they’re all occupied. The pictured spaces have a utilitarian look, but they’re renovated and there’s some exposed brick to warm things up a bit.

2. This four-story house on Gates Avenue in Bed Stuy is newly renovated, with upgraded electrical and mechanicals, central air, an intercom system and built-in speakers. It retains a few mantels, but generally has a modern vibe, and is set up as a three-bedroom triplex over a garden rental that’s duplexed with a finished basement.

1. This freshly renovated four-story on Henry Street in Cobble Hill is not a mere brownstone but a “modern homage to the brownstone tradition.” Which is to say it’s been thoroughly updated with modern finishes, but retains some details including a marble mantel and the original staircase and balustrade (built by the house’s original owner “and his father,” the listing notes).
