The most popular listings on Brownstoner this week include a Neo-Grec in Park Slope, an Italianate in Cypress Hills and a pair of Greek Revivals in Clinton Hill.

Listings in Bed Stuy and Park Slope were popular, with other picks scattered across the borough from Cypress Hills to Brooklyn Heights. The least expensive of the bunch is outside of the borough, a Queen Anne in Kingston, N.Y. at $329,000 and the most expensive a Brooklyn Heights row house at $8.3 million.

Which would you choose?

10. Here’s a bright Queen Anne specimen in Kingston, N.Y., that not only sports an eye-catching exterior but a pretty showy interior as well. The slightly quirky paint choice on the exterior may not prepare a viewer for the sheer amount of period unpainted woodwork on the interior. There’s fretwork, a gracious staircase, stained glass, mantels, pocket doors and window and door moldings.

It’s got an apartment on each floor, with tight layouts that manage to squeeze in three bedrooms, a “studio space” with a galley kitchen and a full bath in the finished basement.
