Here’s a look at how four of our featured listings from six months ago fared on the market.

First up, a Bed Stuy brownstone that needs work and may come with other issues as well, but its original details are intact and awaiting someone ready to take on a restoration project. This former House of the Day sold in January for $1.4 million, which is $350,000 below the initial asking price.

Next up, a prime specimen of a Park Slope brownstone, elegant, spacious and move-in ready. Dating to 1891 and designed by Rudolf L. Daus, according to the listing, it sits at 426 4th Street, where it cuts a fine figure from the street, with a generous stoop and an angled facade that’s complemented by the curved front of the house next door. This former House of the Day entered contract in January.

After that, a nice-looking corner loft with three good-sized bedrooms, some nice architectural features and skyline views. It’s on the fifth floor at 29 Tiffany Place, a.k.a. the Ariana Condominiums, an eight-story former factory that sits on a cobblestoned strip in the Columbia Street Waterfront District. This former Condo of the Day sold in January for $1.351 million, which was $36,000 above the initial asking price.

Wrapping it up, we find a four-story tan brick and limestone number on Bergen Street, in the Crown Heights North Historic District. This one delivers in the original detail department, with mirrors, tiled mantels, crown moldings, wainscoting, mahogany millwork and more. This former Open House Pick sold in January for the asking price of $1.649 million.
