The top 10 listings on Brownstoner this week included a bungalow in Marine Park, a brick row house in Bay Ridge, and a townhouse in Sea Gate.

There were multiple popular listings this week in both Bay Ridge and Marine Park. The cheapest of the bunch was an Arts and Crafts house in Marine Park asking $699,000, and the most expensive was a Cobble Hill brownstone asking $6.495 million.

Which would you choose?

10. In Bensonhurst on West 9th Street is an early 20th century single-family home with an inviting front porch. Though the home is only 17 feet wide, the first floor has an extension and is 58 feet long. The extra-deep space includes the living room, dining room, kitchen and half bath. Above, are four bedrooms and a full bath. The bathroom appears to have new tile on the walls, but they kept the very 1950s pink counter and blue sink that matches the tub.

5. Here’s a three-family standalone in Sheepshead Bay that needs work, but ought to polish up nicely. It’s a turreted Queen Anne with a fetching exterior at 2117 Voorhies Avenue, within short strolling distance of the neighborhood’s eponymous body of water. There’s no floorplan, so it’s anyone’s guess how the house is laid out. One unit per floor, perhaps, but there are other possibilities.

4. This home is a detached, five bedroom brick house on 72nd Street in Bay Ridge. There’s a huge living area with a two-story vaulted ceiling, a fireplace and a few Art Deco-inspired elements — like the curved staircase that juts out into the space. There are four levels, but without a floor plan it is hard to tell exactly what is on each level. There’s a large kitchen with white cabinetry and black granite floors and countertops.

3. This Sea Gate townhouse on Ocean Avenue is large, which is a good thing since there is a lot going on here. According to the listing the home is a legal two family but there are three units – a two-bedroom unit on the lower level and three-bedroom units on the first and top floors. In total there are eight bedrooms and five bathrooms. The top floor unit looks to have been renovated recently and has a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances. There are dark wood floors and an open floor plan.

2. This early 20th century detached bungalow on Coleman Street in Marine Park is narrow and long. The three bedroom, two bathroom house is just 14 feet wide and has a shallow front porch and a bay window. According to the listing there’s been a fairly recent renovation on the interior and exterior, although we didn’t find any filings for the specifics. On the inside, there are bamboo floors and a vaulted ceiling in the living room.

1. The most popular listing was this early 20th century Arts and Crafts house detached house on Kimball Street in Marine Park that was an Open House Pick back in March. Then the owners were asking $749,000 for the three bedroom, two bath home. According to the listing, a deal recently fell through and it’s back on the market, this time for $699,000 — and the sellers are motivated. This is the only house in today’s batch that has historic detail inside — parquet floors, moldings and some stained glass.
