This Winsdsor Terrace one-bedroom is attractive and offers a lot of space for the money. Plus it’s right near Prospect Park, in a 1937 building at 50 Ocean Parkway, down the block from the Parade Grounds and the park’s southwest corner.

It’s a little hard to get a line on the layout from the photos and a proffered floor plan that doesn’t seem to connect to them, but there looks to be an extensive living space, a decent-sized bedroom, an eat-in kitchen and a large foyer. Like we said, space: around 1,000 square feet, and there are original wood floors, archways and built-in shelves.

The kitchen appliances are new and the rest looks to be recently renovated, with a stone countertop and a lot of cabinet space. The bathroom is an old-school tiled number with a Deco tub that looks original.

The building has laundry, a super and an elevator. And, as noted, the park is close at hand, as are the F and G trains at Fort Hamilton. So, less fortuitously, is the Prospect Expressway.

The broker is Wassim Fakhereddine of Corcoran, and the rent is $2,550 a month. Dog owners, you’re out of luck. Non-dog-owners, interested?
