When we checked in August, the broker commented on the thread that two units were signed with another in contract review. The building has just six units, so when a third unit went into contract it was time to send out an announcement that the building is now 50 percent sold. Prices for these one- and two-bedroom units are all around the $600,000 range.

as i stated in the thread on this building previously, it’s a great quiet location that also manages to be convenient to everything you could want to buy or do.
