225 Pacific Sold Out (A While Ago)

We’re a bit behind reporting this, but the 14-unit development at 225 Pacific has sold out. A broker tells us the sales process only took five months start-to-finish, which would put the sell-out date back in March. Eleven out of the 14 units have currently closed, and price concessions were minimal. (One bedrooms were priced at $599,000 with a top-floor three-bedroom with outdoor space at $1,500,000.) The development is now planning its second phase, which is the space with frontage on Pacific, Boerum, and Atlantic. The broker explains it will be a mixture of one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom condos.
Checking In On 225 Pacific Street [Brownstoner]
br, for 2 bedrooms the LRDR was 11 x 16.
What was wrong with the floor plans — I remember the plans for the 3BR’s were fine.
Grain of salt ’til ACRIS, 11217. And if it checks out, good for the sellers.

can’t beat this location. is that space on the ground level next to the lobby going to be retail?
not surprising snapped up quickly considering the neighborhood. Those that dawdle/indecisive lose out.
Can’t figure out the Boerum and Atlantic Ave sides….are they going to build above the commercial level that is completed already?
Good for them, maybe they can get better floorplans for phase 2.
I’d love to hear BHO’s thoughts on this.
