Acris seems to state that this house sold for 776,556 is this right?
This house is in the middle of the soon to be Bedford(Corners) Historic district. Clinton Hill these days is only one block away on the other side of Bedford. Funny how the library on Franklin is called the Bedford Library and it has been there since 1901

Pretty soon three-quarters of all Brooklyn will be either Park Slope or Clinton Hill.
You know what else just sold after years on the market? That pretty frame with the colonnade at 297 Cumberland. $725,000
