41-07 Crescent Street Development Revealed

Ladies and gentleman, here is the new build slated for 41-07 Crescent Street, the now-empty lot on the corner of 41st Avenue in Long Island City. New York YIMBY snagged the rendering, which was designed by the architect Fogarty Finger. (Also the architect behind popular LIC development Five 27.) The developer is Ranger Properties.

DOB permits indicate this will be a nine-story, 50-unit development with 3,556 square feet of commercial space. YIMBY says that the penthouse unit will span the entirety of the ninth floor. The DOB just issued new building permits at the site in April; construction is expected to last until 2015.
