Douglaston Home Sells for $2.6 Million

The sale of 24 Knollwood Avenue, a single-family home in Douglaston, just hit public records for a hefty sum. The house went for $2,600,000, which comes in as one of the most expensive home sales in the neighborhood. (The top honor goes to 604 Shore Road, which sold for $5,300,000 in 2007.) 24 Knollwood Avenue was listed for $2,700,000 and lasted 28 days on the market, according to Streeteasy.
