ARET Ensemble Presents Cage Hop – This group of musicians, dancers, and artists from NYC and Philadelphia perform tonight at LIC’s the Secret Theatre presenting the work of seminal experimental musician John Cage. The traveling ensemble has been gathering rave reviews from publications like the Boston Globe and Time Out New York. Expect to experience some of Cage’s classic works like SWARM! and the Suite for Toy Piano.

Ongoing Meditation Class at the Free Synagogue of Flushing – The Free Synagogue of Flushing offers meditation classes every Tuesday at 7:30pm. Led by Rabbi Michael Weisser, his class on Mindfulness Mediation is open to anyone and everyone, and is completely free.

Zumbatomic (Zumba for kids ages 3-12) – Bring your children on Wednesday afternoon to experience this kid-friendly Zumba class in Bayside’s famous Vibez Studio, and get them excited about being physically active. Vibez Studio was featured on NY1 as one of the best Zumba destinations in the city.
