Rental of the Day: 529 Macon Street, #2

This Bed Stuy three-bedroom duplex seems to offer a lot of space for the money. It looks to be in decent condition with a few nice old details such as decorative mantels.

It’s hard to tell what size the bedrooms, but we’re guessing from the photos that the living room, dining room and kitchen are all located on the parlor floor, with the three bedrooms and bathroom on the garden level. The kitchen looks nice for a rental and has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher and microwave.

It’s close to all the shops in Stuy Heights, and less than six blocks to the A/C at Utica. Does $2,600 a month seem reasonable?
