Guy came around today repairing roofs on the block.  He just happened to catch me at home and offered to give us an estimate.  He climbed up and took some iPhone picks that showed the silver paint is wearing off and we had some cracks at the seams and near the chimneys.  He said he could repair today for $900.  I searched the archieves quickly to see if it was a decent price and it seemed fair but wanted to throw up a quick post to confirm.  Our home inspection was done in 2006 and I am embarassed to admit I haven&#8217;t set eyes on the roof since then.  It&#8217;s a flat, rubber roof with silver coating and about 10 years old.
