The joints between the flagstones just need some filling in &#8211; there are no cracks in the flagstones. If I were to fill in the sore joints with the correct coloring and composite, but not seek permission from the LPC (too much paperwork and the wait could be too long), could I really fall foul of the LPC or will it really care?
