Just thought I’d pass this one one. I live on the corner of Hoyt & Degraw St in Cobble Hill\/Carroll Gardens. I’m sure many of my neighbours have had mixed feelings about the recent road work. Cars have been towed by the authorities and there have been delays. Today I came home to this – the beautiful tree blooming outside my front door has been brutalised and I have no idea what to do. NYC.GOV\/311 took the report and told me the Park and Rec people would be out in a week or more and that it may take up to 45 days to clear. I’m just worried that by ignoring my poor tree it may die altogether.
