I was just watching This Old House and they installed a Laundry Tray Pump.  It installs as the drain of the sink and pumps the water to wherever you want to connect into your soil pipe.  You also need a check valve in the line below the soil pipe.  It plugs into an outlet, no hard wiring required.  A ball valve after the check valve regulates the flow.
