It is on the ground floor of a new residential building (only 7 units)<\/p>\n<p>&#8212; I see the C&#038;O of this commercial unit stated &#8220;Medical Office&#8221; use. Currently it is not used as a medical office (but a small childcare center). Any idea how difficult to convert it to just a regular storefront C of O .
