My current door is an old ugly metal security door very much like what you would find in a dorm room. I want to replace it with a nice solid dark wood door. Security is important but what I am really looking for is something that will muffle sound from the hallway. Does anyone have any recommendations for an installer in brooklyn or Manhattan?.
