Structure work The wall needs to come down and a joist support put in place. Another Beam may need further support.  I need pipes moved to an island. and the floor leveled. Those are the big works. I have designed the layout and know exactly what i want. I need to replace the range and refrigerator. I  want a combination of open shelves and cabinets.
