It sounds like the tenants may have had some minor damage to their belongings but nothing too major.<\/p>\n<p>We don&#8217;t know if our backyard and back vestibule drains were clogged or if the water came up from the storm sewers.  <\/p>\n<p>In either case what is our liability as landlords?
