Does anyone know where else I might find an answer?  I have a Kohler thermostatic valve in my shower.  I&#8217;m not sure of the  model, but it is about 7 years old.    From the lowest temperature setting to the highest, the water is very hot.   When the dial is on lowest temperature setting, there is resistance in the rotation, but I can force the knob to turn further and eventually get cold water.  In order to get cold water I need to turn the temperature dial two complete rotations, twice past all the temperature labels on the dial.   Should the knob turn two rotations to get cold water?
