We are the top floor of 4 levels and a basement. We did our walk through &#8211; everything looked good. Post this, the sponsor installed 2 washing machines (and dryers) in the basement. After all condos were sold and sponsor was out of the picture, we discovered the when both washers are filling, our water pressure takes a hit. And when I say takes a hit, I mean we get NO water. What can be done? remove a washer? Is there anyway to increase pressure from the city? Do we need to get some consultation from a plumber?
